Millie Bobby Brown from Stranger Things was cheerful while she accepted her award for all the work she did on the show during the MTV Movie & TV Awards. But her message to the crowd suddenly turned serious.
The 14-year-old actress addressed everyone with a prerecorded video as she held the award, since she was sidelined from the event due to an injury. Her absence from the ceremony wasnt a shock to most; she alerted everyone the week before in an instagram video that she posted.
She recently quit Twitter due to instances of cyberbullying which involved her being the subject of homophobic memes. She had some kind words for all of her admirers.
As for those who aren’t supporters of her, lets just remember that she is quite the extrodinary teenager, who you might not want to be against.
